Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 May 2026

Living Points does not collect, store on remote servers, sell, or share your personal information. There is no tracking, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. Everything the app uses stays on your iPhone.

Information we collect

None. Living Points has no server, no account system, no analytics tooling, and no third-party SDKs that gather information about you.

Information stored on your device

The following data is stored locally on your iPhone in standard iOS storage. It is removed when you delete the app:

None of this data ever leaves your device or is transmitted to us or any third party.

Apple Screen Time framework

Living Points uses Apple's Family Controls and Managed Settings frameworks (the same APIs Apple's own Screen Time feature is built on) to apply a shield to the apps you choose. Apple, not Living Points, manages the underlying Screen Time data, and that data does not pass through Living Points. You can review or revoke Screen Time access for Living Points at any time in Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time Access.

Network access

Living Points does not make network requests. The app does not phone home, ping a server, or check for updates over the internet. App updates themselves are delivered by iOS through the App Store, not by Living Points.

Children

Living Points is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, regardless of age. Because Living Points collects no information at all, there is nothing to disclose under children's privacy laws such as COPPA.

Third parties

There are no third-party advertisers, analytics providers, or partners involved in Living Points. Nothing about you is shared with anyone because nothing about you is collected.

Changes to this policy

If anything about how Living Points handles data ever changes, this policy will be updated and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect that change. If a future version of the app starts collecting any data, that change will be disclosed both here and in the App Store privacy nutrition label before that version ships.
